A Deep Dive Into the Top Business Process Automation Companies

The following sections describe each company from the list above, providing insight into their standard operations, strengths and weaknesses, and the type of clients most likely to benefit from their services.

7T

7T secures the top spot among top business process automation companies primarily due to the experience of their leadership and exceptional customer reviews. The company has over a decade of experience in business process automation, and its client portfolio suggests an ability to work with companies at varying degrees of scale.

Another consideration is the breadth of business process automation services 7T provides. As an end-to-end provider, they offer initial consultations and audits to help clients identify their weak areas, as well as custom software development to create personalized solutions for a wide range of challenges. Historically, the company has used this combination of services to provide ERP/CRM solutions and app development support.

They have more than three decades of experience in business process automation and exceptional client reviews from a litany of notable clients. Their C-suite similarly has years of experience, albeit somewhat insulated to positions within ScienceSoft for the last two decades.

For a niche subsection of companies seeking business process automation services, particularly in retail and eCommerce, ScienceSoft’s IaC solutions are an ideal choice to streamline employee-facing operations while maintaining the familiarity and ease of legacy systems.

Genpact

Genpact provides clients with a unique approach to business process automation, utilizing machine learning and AI development to create predictive solutions (e.g., chatbots, advanced data analytics) to streamline employee and customer-facing processes. They have more than two decades of experience in the field, and their leadership team is filled with former experts from the world of generative AI research, making them a prime choice for companies seeking this kind of digital transformation.

The range of Genpact’s portfolio is perhaps what keeps them from being further up on our list. Customer reviews suggest former clients who are very happy with the chatbot development services they provide; however, these reviews primarily focus on their AI services rather than holistic business process automation.

  • Leadership Experience Score: 4.0
  • Average Customer Reviews: ★★★★ (3.8)

Vention

Vention is a top business process automation company that is unique due to their adaptability. Their solutions can be implemented and integrated with a diverse range of AI tools, including TensorFlow, AWS, and Pytorch. Although their website emphasizes a client history focused on specific industries and verticals (E-commerce, healthcare, and finance), they provide little information on the background of their C-suite, making it difficult to apply an accurate leadership experience score.

Vention is another business process automation company that focuses on the use of machine learning and generative AI to create interactive solutions for employee-facing and customer-facing processes. They set themselves apart by incorporating a proprietary deep learning architecture and building cloud-based infrastructure from the ground up. This allows them to deploy powerful AI automation that optimizes various processes within a client’s business model.

Eleviant

Eleviant is a business process automation company specializing in consulting services as well as app development. Their services differ from others on this list; they fully replace legacy systems rather than integrate them. This allows clients to undergo a complete digital transformation in which they have the ability to customize both employee-facing and customer-facing processes. Because they expressly focus on campaigns consisting of full replacement, they don’t address the needs of companies seeking less intensive optimization processes.

The company’s leadership has nearly two decades of experience in business process automation, and their online reviews are above average, making them a strong option for those seeking to replace a legacy system.

  • Leadership Experience Score: 3.5

Ox

Founded in 2019, Ox is the youngest company on our list. Ox provides enterprise software development to streamline employee-facing operations for industrial companies. In particular, the company seeks to find ways in which AI automation can assist and optimize human labor rather than replace it altogether. Their C-suite has varied levels of experience in process automation, with some only freshly out of grad school and others having several decades of experience under their belt. Their website does not feature any notable clients, although this is likely due to them being such a new company.

Additionally, they are one of the newer companies on this list, earning them an overall lower score.

What makes Kollabio stand out, however, is a digital strategy service that incorporates IoT services, allowing clients to create optimized workflows without manual interference. For clients seeking these services, the solutions at Kollabio are likely to provide the best possible options.
