The following report analyzes the top sales coaches of 2024. From an initial pool of ~100 candidates, our research team evaluated and ranked the top-performing sales coaches based on a variety of factors listed below. Our definition of a sales coach includes any professional providing executive- or leadership-focused consulting, training, or events dedicated to improving the performance of an entire sales team.
The algorithm we used to narrow down our pool consisted of the following criteria:
- Average Customer Reviews (50%): a 1.0-5.0 score averaging the consultant’s online reviews from an aggregate of all established third-party platforms.
- # Years Consulting (30%): The number of years each consultant has spent coaching sales professionals and executives, indicating their experience in providing results for their clients, maintaining good relationships with them, and adapting their training methodologies and systems to a changing market.
- Awards & Honors (20%): Any formal recognition or top-list placement for sales coaching services or related services (e.g. sales training, sales leadership development) by a legitimate association in that industry.
The 8 highest-ranked sales coaches are listed in the table below. In addition to their scoring information, we also provide information about their target client and whether or not they are available for hire.
