Our team evaluated 71 lead generation companies to determine the most successful firms based on their B2B SaaS industry experience. We rank-ordered the companies using the following criteria:
- Notable Clients (35%): An agency’s experience with notable B2B SaaS clients is the most relevant indicator of their ability to run successful marketing campaigns. As such, it is the factor to which we assign the most weight.
- Average Review Score (25%): How satisfied clients are when leaving reviews for a marketing firm is a strong indicator of their ability to build successful campaigns. We assign greater weight to reviews left by SaaS clients, but consider all reviews in our analysis.
- Leadership Experience (20%): We assigned each company a numerical score from 1 to 5 based on the B2B SaaS marketing experience of each agency’s top executives and marketing leadership.
- Company Size (10%): Size weakly correlated with success as larger companies are both capable of providing a high level of support and have the internal infrastructure required for executing complex SaaS marketing campaigns. To grow to a significant size, companies must also deliver high quality work to maintain client relationships.
- Year Founded (5%): The length of a marketing company’s tenure displays its ability to adapt to an ever-changing marketing landscape, as well as to weather market cycles and economic downturns.
- Headquarters (5%): Marketing companies in major cities benefit from access to a more diverse talent pool, and a wider array of industry connections, making headquarters location a small but relevant consideration in our ranking.
For each agency below, we also describe their approach to lead generation. The results of our research are presented in the table below:
